This policy explains what information we collect when you request a reading, and how we use it.
When you fill in the reading form we collect the details you provide: your first name, date of birth, optional time and city of birth, your chosen question, and your email address. Your birth details are used only to calculate your astrological reading. If you buy a reading, your payment is processed by our payment provider (LavaTop / lava.top); we receive confirmation of the payment and your email, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
We use your information to prepare and send your reading to your email, to deliver anything you purchase, and to occasionally send related readings, guidance and offers. Your reading is provided for entertainment and personal reflection.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the service — for example our email delivery provider (Resend) and our payment provider (LavaTop) — and only to the extent needed to deliver your order.
We keep your details as long as needed to deliver your readings and support. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. On request we will delete the information we hold about you.
