If a reading lands and it does not sound like you, we do not want your money. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Simply reply to the email your reading arrived in — one line is enough — or write to mira@thetruesign.com with the email address you used at checkout. You do not need to explain yourself or fill in any form.
We refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within a few business days (processing time depends on our payment provider, LavaTop, and your bank). You keep the reading — we do not ask for the file back.
